Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the product seals are intact to qualify for a health and hygiene safety refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
